We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Be a team player.

Requirements

• Morning Shift a Must!
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting.
• Previous experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster welcoming guest interactions
