Must be reliable, willing to work weekends and nights until close. Previous diner experience preffered. Considering all applications

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Present menus confidently, upselling specials, drinks, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments efficiently, and give correct change using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar area, and service stations in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation or bar service as needed, including cocktail mixing and spirits knowledge for beverage service
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations in a lively restaurant or nightclub setting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to handle cash accurately and process sales efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Basic math skills for order calculations and payment processing
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic environment
