We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing guests with an exceptional dining experience through attentive service and expert knowledge of our menu offerings. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correctly entered.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service.
• Process sales transactions smoothly, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage preparation.
• Assist in managing reservations via OpenTable or similar platforms to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow.
• Provide excellent guest relations by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while managing time effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
