Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Staff to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately process orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Skills

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
• Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Experience in food preparation or handling is beneficial but not required.

Pay

• Pay is $16.90 an hour + tips.
• Tips are shared among staff.
