Server

Goldie’s Sports Bar & Grill is looking for a dependable, outgoing server to join our team in a fast-paced sports bar environment.

As a server, you’ll be responsible for taking care of your tables from start to finish, providing great customer service, and helping keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and make sure orders are correct.
• Stay on top of your tables, including refills, pre-bussing, check-ins, and payments.
• Learn the menu and make recommendations when needed.
• Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
• Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
• Run food and drinks and help other team members when needed.
• Communicate with the kitchen or management if there are issues or delays with an order.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Address guest questions or concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be available to work Sundays.
• Previous serving experience is preferred, especially in a sports bar or bar and grill setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks at the same time.
• Dependable and able to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and help outside of your own section when needed.
• Evening, weekend, and game-day availability is preferred.
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 18+ to apply

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, works well with others, and can keep up with a busy sports bar while still giving guests a great experience.

Pay: From $4.35 per hour
