Server / Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers / Bartenders in New York and New Jersey. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

No prior experience is required. We provide training for motivated candidates who are dependable, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Provide knowledgeable and attentive customer service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management staff.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, work areas, and service stations.
• Process customer checks and payments accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Follow all company policies and health and safety standards.
• For bartending duties, prepare and serve beverages according to company standards and applicable New York/New Jersey regulations.
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy shifts.

Skills & Qualifications

• No previous restaurant or bartending experience required — training provided.

Preferred Qualities

• Previous customer-service experience is a plus but not required.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is helpful.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of customers.

Location

Positions available throughout New York and New Jersey, depending on business location and staffing needs.

Employment

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Training is provided for qualified candidates with little or no previous experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
