Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast pos system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation to uphold safety standards
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to maintain a pristine environment
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and dietary options for guest inquiries
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food industry roles is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
