• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and deliver exceptional, friendly service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions to enhance the guest experience and promote upselling opportunities.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently, ensuring absolute accuracy in sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, bars, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting your teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. [1, 2]
