Job Summary

Sip’Stroke Lounge is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Server/Bartender team members to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience by providing excellent food and beverage service in a lively restaurant, bar, and entertainment environment. You may work both on the floor serving guests and behind the bar preparing and serving drinks, depending on experience and business needs.

We’re looking for team members who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, communicate well, enjoy working with people, and take pride in providing great hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Provide menu and drink recommendations and confidently upsell food, cocktails, specials, and other offerings
• Check identification and follow all applicable alcohol service laws and policies
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar and service area
• Set up and break down bar and dining areas as required
• Assist with bussing tables, food running, restocking, and general front-of-house duties
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, management, and other team members
• Handle multiple guests and orders efficiently during busy periods
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every guest

Pay: From $4.00 per hour
