Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas following food safety guidelines
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods to ensure timely service
• Build strong guest relations by providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance and resolving any issues promptly

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous
• Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service enhances your ability to serve guests expertly
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
