Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Use OpenTable or other reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations skills by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently
• Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits, and beverage service is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities
