Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items, including wine pairings and cocktail recipes
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of POS systems; familiarity with POS transaction processing required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques
• Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Culinary experience or food industry background is a plus
• Ability to handle food handling responsibilities responsibly while maintaining hygiene standards
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
