Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Handle food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures diligently
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create memorable experiences
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling practices
• Experience in upselling menu items and managing sales targets effectively
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service levels
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
