the brothers three in Marinette, WI is looking for a server to join our team. We are looking to add to our server staff. Weekends are a must. Cross-train opportunities for more hours is possible for the right candidate. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. We offer a fun work environment! Cash and Credit tips are yours at the end of your shift. Part Time.

Candidates must be 18+ to be able to carry alcohol to your table.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation
• Assist with food handling and preparation as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Excellent sales abilities with the ability to upsell menu items
• Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items to assist guests with their selections
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
