Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages with attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional service to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Answer menu-related questions and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and smooth order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and utensils.
• Set up tables and prepare for service.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.

Skills

• Strong customer service and guest relations skills to provide a positive dining experience
• Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and food service procedures
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, preferably in a full-service setting
