Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Server in Roam & Range Restaurant and become the heart of our vibrant dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS system Toast
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Process cash and card payments accurately using POS systems; handle cash handling with integrity and accountability
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and guest relations focus
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely
• Culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous; familiarity with food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards required
• Nightclub or hospitality experience is a plus; experience in serving at high-volume venues is beneficial
• Strong communication skills along with a team-oriented mindset to support seamless restaurant operations
