We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Process all transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and ensuring guest comfort at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, cocktail preparation, wine varieties, spirits, and drink garnishes
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Food handling certification and knowledge of sanitation practices required for safe food service
• Experience with food preparation or culinary knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
