Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food service team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that enhances our guests’ dining experience by delivering exceptional customer service, expertly managing orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your role is vital in ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety protocols

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, food handling, and proper serving techniques
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards
• Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is beneficial for team collaboration and guest flow management
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and fellow team members effectively

Prefer someone who is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and weekends (open availability)
