No phone calls apply in person We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and enhance the overall service quality. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring clear communication of special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and daily specials.
• Ensure tables are clean, set correctly, and maintained throughout the shift.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service.
• Handle transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Uphold a friendly, professional attitude at all times, fostering a welcoming environment for guests.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Must speak Spanish fluently to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
