We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling procedures
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or spirits pairings to assist guests effectively
• Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent guest relations by responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues with a positive attitude
• Support opening or closing duties as assigned to ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with toast system for order processing and sales transactions
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Good math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently
• Culinary experience or food industry background is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality environment
