Overview
We are looking for a couple of part time servers to help us through our busy season. Position is part of a tip pool and the hourly rate is indicative of the wage inclusive of tips. We are open from 11-8 Tuesday to Saturday and 11-3 on Sundays.

Hiring 21 and older due to Alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
• Ensuring tables are set and properly prepared for guests
• Handling financial transactions and processing payments
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
• Following health code standards when handling food
• May assist in the hiring and training of new waitstaff
• Performing shift preparation duties like rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables, and ensuring floors are clean

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
