Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when necessary to ensure smooth service flow

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and sales transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and processing payments
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
