Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a friendly and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Your role will involve taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and providing top-notch customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in food and beverage service, and eager to create positive guest interactions that keep them coming back.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or casual settings.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.

Pay: $60.00 - $150.00 per day
