As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drinks
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales is a plus.
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services is essential.

Pay: $16.67 - $18.68 per hour
