Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating arrangements to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
• Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating cocktail experience and beverage service expertise
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations
• Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service skills, addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS and open table
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and energetic demeanor

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
