Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. As a key ambassador of hospitality, you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional guest service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring swift and correct processing
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices throughout service

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during busy hours
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
