Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system - Clover
• Process all sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper handling, sanitation, and food preparation procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation regulations and food industry best practices
• Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries or complaints professionally, and enhance overall guest experience

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Clover POS systems
• Proven experience in food service roles within restaurants or nightlife venues with a focus on fine dining or nightclub environments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Ability to upsell beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and specialty drinks confidently
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Culinary experience or food industry background that supports menu knowledge and food safety practices
• Beverage service expertise including spirits knowledge, drink preparation, and cocktail experience
• Familiarity with sanitation standards related to food handling and kitchen operations
• Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable experiences

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
