Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and guest relations to foster a positive atmosphere
• Support guest needs proactively in both fine dining environments and lively nightclub settings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles, including serving or host/hostess positions
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances your ability to assist guests effectively
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Previous experience in fine dining or nightlife environments is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and bill calculations are essential
