As a Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, guides them through their meal, and ensures every visit is memorable. This role requires food industry knowledge, hospitality skills, and passion for customer service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon seating, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Provide expert recommendations for menu items, upselling specials and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining accountability for cash handling
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting all staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow
• Must be able to serve alcoholic beverages

Skills

• Experience with POS systems such as Toast is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations in the food service industry
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving tables, taking orders, and processing payments
• Previous experience in fine dining settings or upscale restaurants is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory management
• Knowledge of restaurant operations

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
