Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems to optimize seating flow.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items, including specialty cocktails, wines to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and clearing tables.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations quickly to prepare for new guests.
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items.

Experience

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms for processing sales transactions.
• Knowledge of beverage service and upselling techniques.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing tabs.
• Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
