Job Overview:

Urdu/Punjabi is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Clear tables and clean dining area after guests leave
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide personalized experiences
• Knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £7.35 per hour
