Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety, including food handling and sanitation protocols
• Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Manage cash handling accurately, process payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and provide correct change
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables as needed to ensure a tidy environment
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and promote guest relations

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
