Server

Duties:  
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant  
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus  
- Assist in seating guests during busy times  
- Answer phone calls and take reservations  
- Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready  
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station  
- Assist in coordinating with the kitchen and servers to ensure smooth dining experience for guests  
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints  
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining atmosphere

Requirements:  
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY and TUESDAY 4-10PM, SUNDAYS ALL DAY (10:30 AM-8 PM)

- MUST HAVE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE

-Previous experience in a hibachi restaurant is preferred  
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism  
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and reservation systems (e.g., Aloha POS)  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail  
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required  
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities  
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
