Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues professionally

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments required
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
• Experience with food industry standards, serving techniques, and upselling strategies is advantageous
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting and multitask efficiently
