Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques to ensure a safe dining environment
• Assist with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Build strong guest relations by providing personalized service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required
• Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing bills confidently

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
