Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and fine dining standards. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Manage guest requests efficiently and address any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout all stages of food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is an advantage.
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant schedule.
