Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring proper processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shifts
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous experience with reservation platforms like Resy is a plus
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required

Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour
