Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and providing correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of the food industry standards
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or hospitality roles is advantageous
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and guest focus

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
