Whether guiding guests through menu selections or managing multiple tables with precision, you’ll be a vital part of our vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
• Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices
• Experience in upselling techniques and sales-driven environments is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
