Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests promptly and warmly, making them feel valued and at ease
• Take orders, manage tables, and ensure that orders are delivered promptly and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Provide exceptional guest relations, ensuring that all guests leave with a positive impression
• Upsell and promote our menu items, wine list, and special deals
• Manage cash handling and operate a cash register with precision and accuracy
• Manage time effectively, ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
• Handle food handling and presentation with care and attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of awareness of our menu items and their preparation methods
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Requirements:

• Experience in a restaurant
• Proven track record in providing exceptional guest relations and service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register accurately
• Proficiency in time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food handling and presentation techniques
• Basic math skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
