Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and needs.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using SkyTab POS systems, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of food safety practices.

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or high-volume establishments.
• Familiarity with SkyTab or similar systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: From $3.00 per hour
