Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
• Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

• Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
• Basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and processing transactions accurately
• Understanding of food handling, safety, sanitation, and proper serving techniques
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is beneficial but not required
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest services that exceed expectations
