Job Summary

Whether guiding guests through our menu, handling transactions with precision, or collaborating with kitchen staff, you’ll be a vital part of delivering a seamless and lively dining atmosphere.

We offer very flexible hours/schedule and are walking distance from Downtown Waukesha & Carroll University.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Present menus confidently, highlighting specials and upselling additional items to enhance guest experience
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns professionally

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively
• Spanish preferred not required
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
