Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Prior food service or restaurant experience, including fine dining or nightclub environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques
• Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
• Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bartender is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $35.00 per hour
