Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a lively, welcoming attitude. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as lightspeed POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, and spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas including tables, bar, and service stations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Experience with serving, bartending or nightclub settings is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Culinary experience or beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and drink service is advantageous
