In search of 2 servers. Lunch shift days and hours needed - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11-2:30. Be prepared to stay until 3:30 the latest. Must be available on Sundays.

Evening shift - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5-9. be prepared to stay until 10:30 the latest. Must be available on Sundays.

21+ of age. You will be serving alcohol.

Must have experience in an upscale environment. Individuals must be punctual. Have experience on Toast or similar POS System. Do not apply if you don’t have the experience I requested. I will not respond to you. 1 week training before you hit the floor by yourself. Must have full Knowledge of all menus and shift tasks down.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including OpenTable reservations.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and assist guests with selections through effective upselling techniques.
• Ensure all tables are properly sanitized and set before guest arrival.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process payments accurately using the cash register and ensure proper handling of transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with POS systems, including OpenTable, is a plus.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to help colleagues as needed.
