Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating arrangements to optimize their experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST ensuring quick and correct processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage service
• Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wine pairings, and premium dishes to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables efficiently and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and ensuring proper sanitation in compliance with health regulations
• Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address concerns promptly, and create an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, including restaurant or fine dining environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems TOASTand OpenTable for seamless sales processing
• Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that thrives in fast-paced settings
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing sales efficiently
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service best practices
• Experience with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in serving guests

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
