The Role

As a server at TTAN, you are the face of our hospitality. You aren’t just taking orders; you are guiding guests through a curated culinary journey, from explaining the nuances of our seasonal sashimi to recommending the perfect sake pairing.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Menu Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and Japanese culinary terminology.

• Anticipatory Service: Provide proactive, attentive service that stays one step ahead of guest needs.

• Beverage Excellence: Confidently describe and serve Japanese spirits, beers, and premium sakes.

• Precision & Pacing: Manage table rotations and coursing with accuracy and grace, ensuring a seamless flow for every diner.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sushi bar and kitchen staff to ensure every dish meets our standards before reaching the table.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional serving experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment. Experienced in toast is preferred.

• Cultural Competency: Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette is highly preferred.

• Professionalism: Polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "team-first" mentality.
