We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding guest services, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and well taken care of. Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the OpenTable system.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet our culinary standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest relations with professionalism, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area, including resetting tables and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with patrons.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
