Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient order handling, and expert beverage and food knowledge. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations; adhere to sanitation standards including proper food handling practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation standards
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required
• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and process payments accurately
• OpenTable familiarity for reservations management is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue
